Mr. Sanjiv Goyal (Managing Director)

Mr. Sanjiv Goyal is the founder promoter of our Company. A Commerce and Law graduate, having been a successful entrepreneur for more than decade. Recognizing his Business acumen, He was conferred with the "Young Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year-2000" Award by the Ludhiana Management Association (Affiliation to the All India Management Association), one of the most management associations in India.

Mr. Aryan Goyal (Executive Director)

Mr. Aryan Goyal is a chemical engineer and an economist by training from Purdue University, USA. Aryan is responsible for general management and operations of the company.

Mr. Dinesh Dua (Chief Executive Officer and Director)

Mr Dinesh holds a Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has over 31 years of professional experience across varied industries such as Healthcare, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals and Consumer goods, having worked in multinational organizations such as Hoechst (Sanofi Aventis)  Berger Paints, and large Indian Corporates like Reliance, Wockhardt, Zydus Cadila Healthcare  Jubilant Organosys. Before joining Nectar Mr Dua was President of Wockhardt Ltd's International  Biotechnology Strategic Business Unit. Prior to Wockhardt, Mr. Dua was President,API at Zydus Cadila Healthcare. He has also served as a member of various subcommittees of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)  FICCI, two of the major Industry Associations of India.

Mr. Vivek Sett

CA and a partner with NSR Advisors since Feb '07. ISPAT in '84 and went on to be on the board of the company in '94 & in '97 on the Board of Directors of Hughes and Telecom India Ltd and was appointed CFO in '01 and CEO in '02.As a CFO of Tata Teleservices he was instrumental in a massive restructuring within the group. He was also CFO of TATA Realty and Infrastructure overseeing a US$ 5 Bio investment & holds directorship in the following companies NSR Advisors Pvt Ltd, Infrastructure and Energy Ltd, Rolex Rings Pvt Ltd, K.S Oils Ltd and Aster Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Raman Kapur

Holds Master's degree in Finance and International Business from Columbia University. 30 years career with Schering Plough serving as President ,Warrick Pharmaceuticals ,USA and President of the world - wide generics business of Schering Plough Corporation & Managing Director of Schering Plough's Indian Subsidiary, Fulford India Ltd. Co-founded and partnered Global Pharmaceutical Services,LLC and Transition Patient services post stint with SP. He holds directorship in following companies Innopharma , New Jersey, USA, Lifeblood Medical, New Jersey, USA, Global Pharmaceutical Services, New Jersey , USA, Princeton Opthalmics, New Jersey, USA, Capitol Health, New Jersey , USA

Dr.(Maj.Gen.) S.S Chauhan ,VSM

MD ( Medicine) with an advanced management degree.Joined armed forces in 1963and super-annuated in 1997. Held the most prestigious and highest professional appointment of Senior Consultant Medicine as head of the medicine and Allied Specialties / Super Specialties in the Armed Forces from Ministry of Defence and Army Hospital(R&R) Delhi. Twice delegated as leader of specialist teams abroad.Has distinction of active service in both 1965 and 1971 wars and also commanded the largest zonal hospital formation during insurgencies both in western and eastern threats.Has published over 30 papers/articles in national and international journals. Was on the editorial board of prestigious journal of Association of Physicians of India and Indian Academy of Clinical Medicine.

Mr. Vijay J. Shah

Holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Diploma in Business administration. He has rich experience in managing the affairs of corporates and is currently working as the Managing Director of a leading pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Basant Kumar Goswami

Holds a Masters Degree in English. He joined the Indian Administrative Services in 1960 and held various positions in the government departments at various levels including the management of public sector undertakings. He is also involved in various social activities such as: Chairman, Ajeevika, an NGO which works among slum dwellers, rag pickers and street vendors of Delhi, Trustee Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for over ten years. On the Governing Board of Amity International School, New Delhi. Chairman Governing Board Deshbandhu College, New Delhi. He is on the Board of various companies.

Mr. Ajay Swaroop

Holds B.Com., MA (Economics) and C.A.I.I.B. degrees. He has retired as Chief General Manager of Chandigarh circle of State Bank of India comprising of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir and Chandigarh (U.T.) after 37 years of long and varied service. At the time of retirement, he was controlling Rs. 780,000 million of business, 1000 branches and 14000 employees.

Mr. Saurabh Goyal (Executive Director)

Holds a Masters Degree in International Management (MSc) from Kings College London, United Kingdom.
