Mr. Sanjiv Goyal is commerce and law graduate. Mr. Sanjiv Goyal started his career by setting up a proprietary concern in Chandigarh in 1987. Mr. Sanjiv Goyal established Nectar Lifesciences Limited in 1995 and has been the managing director ever since. The company became fully operational in April 1997. He is conferred with prestigious global award of “Entrepreneur of the Year” for financial year 2013-14, instituted by Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA), a global NGO from Malaysia.

2. Dr. Rupinder Tewari, Independent Director
Dr. Rupinder Tewari, is a Professor and Coordinator in centre of Microbial Biotechnology, Panjab University, Chandigarh. A qualified B.Sc (Hons. School), M.Sc (Hons. School), Ph.D (Microbiology), Panjab University, Chandigarh (PU), Ph.D. (Microbiology) University of London, London, U.K. and Post Doctoral Fellow, Oakland University, Rochester, MI, USA (1986-87), Washington University, St. Louis, MO, USA (1987-90). He enjoyed the experience of more than 40 years. Total research publications are 100, he has written 5 books on Microbiology and Biotechnology. He has also filed a patent (Rapid detection of typhoid).

3. Dr. Kuldip Kumar Bhasin, Independent Director
Dr. Kuldip Kumar Bhasin aged 71 years, completed his graduation from Panjab University, Hoshiarpur, Post-graduation in Chemistry from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and a Scholar Ph.D. in Chemistry from Panjab University, Chandigarh with Prof. R. C. Paul.
He has been elected as a fellow of National Academy of Science India, Allahabad (F.N.A.Sc.) in 2010 and Fellow of Punjab Academy of Science, Patiala (F.P.A.Sc.) in 2014. He has made seminal contributions in teaching and research, primarily based on the chemistry that have been recognized in the biological processes to catalyse the reduction of peroxides that are detrimental to life. His research work has been cited consistently in the latest encyclopedia, books journals and peer reviews and has opened up new avenues in the frontier areas of Chemistry.
He has vast professional experience in the Chemistry Department of Panjab University including 41 years of Teaching with 48 years in Research. His publications include 179 Research papers, 06 United States Patents, 01 Fluorine Chemistry Monograph, 03 Undergraduate Chemistry Books and 02 books as co-author. Other than being a supervisor for Research assistants and Ph.D. Scholars, he is a NASI- Platinum Jubilee Fellow, Panjab University, Professor Emeritus, ex-CSIR Emeritus Scientist, Dean Faculty of Science, UGC-CAS Co-coordinator Department of Chemistry and Centre of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Chemistry, Panjab University.

4. Dr. Indu Pal Kaur, Independent Director
Dr. Indu Pal Kaur aged 57 years, completed her Graduation & Post-graduation in Pharmacy & Pharmaceutics respectively from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is a Scholar Ph.D. in pharmaceutics from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
She has vast professional experience teaching and in the field of Pharmaceutics Research of 33 years. She is a supervisor for Research assistants and Ph.D. Scholars and is currently the Chairperson of University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS) Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has a specialisation in pharmaceutical research. She is one of the top 2% most cited scientists across the globe as per Stanford University, USA (2020;2021).

5. Mr. Sushil Kapoor, Wholetime Director designated as Director (Finance)
Mr. Sushil Kapoor, aged 67 years, had completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University Chandigarh. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1982 and as a Company Secretary from ICSI in 1984. Additionally, he had also completed his LLB(A) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
He had more than 38 years of professional experience working in the Financial and Accounting Departments, handling key managerial positions. He had worked with companies like KAPSONS Group, Bhushan Power and Steel Limited Chandigarh, DCM Engineering Limited, KDDL Limited, Steel Strips Group and Swaraj Mazda Limited.

6. Dr. Gunmala Suri, Additional Director
Dr. Gunmala Suri, aged 64 years is a Professor at the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh, with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and industry–academia engagement. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Agra University and an M.Sc. in Statistics from Gorakhpur University.
She is the recipient of many prestigious awards such as Legendary Woman of the Decade by Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry , 2026 and Dewang Mehta National Education Award for Women in Education Leadership (2017). Her international academic exposure includes serving as a Visiting Fellow in Hungary under University Grants Commission (UGC), India award (2010), receiving the Indo-Swiss Bilateral Programme Fellowship (2007), and serving as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland (2005). She was also awarded the Commonwealth Fellowship (2003).
She has published more than 100 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has written/contributed to 10 academic books and 6 research projects. Dr. Suri has guided and supervised research scholars and has been actively involved in Ph.D. evaluation, academic audits, curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic leadership.
She has undertaken and executed consultancy and industry-based projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency, productivity, process effectiveness, and managerial performance, with a focus on applying management and analytical tools to address real-world organizational challenges.
Dr. Suri has held several distinguished academic and professional positions. She has been a Member of the Governing Body of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce, Ludhiana (2025) and is currently serving as Chairperson of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Chandigarh Chapter, since 2018.
