Mr. Goyal is the Chairman & Managing Director & Founder of the company. A commerce & Law Graduate, having been a successful Entrepreneur for more than three decades. He has vast experience in the pharmaceutical & lifesciences industry. He is the prime mover for various strategic initiatives and growth plans of the company.His dynamic & visionary leadership has led the company to become the major player in Antibiotics

Dr. Dinesh Dua is MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad from 1979 batch. He has the experience of 42 years plus in varied industries like Sanofi Aventis, Hi-tech Labs and Berger Paints in middle to senior management positions. He worked as Senior & Top Management positions in Reliance Industries, Jubilant Organosys Ltd., Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd. & Wockhardt Ltd, and was CEO of Nectar Lifesciences Limited from 2007 to 2012. His last penultimate position was with a US Pharma MNC Akorn India P. Ltd. as Managing Director for last 14 Months. He re-joined the Nectar Lifesciences Limited as a CEO & Director from October 14, 2013 and redesignated as an Executive Director from June 1, 2020. He is immediate past Chairman of CII Chandigarh council and the Chairman of Pharmexcil India. Awarded Most Outstanding CEO Award by H.E. Sh. V.P. Mr. Amit Chadah is MBA from IIM-C and with 27 years of Experience in marketing, sourcing & International Business. He has worked as regional and business head in various leading pharmaceuticals companies like Ranbaxy, Orchid &Zydus Cadila before joining Neclife in 2004. He brings in expertise in Global Marketing and business development for expanding our business and operations in various geographies. He is responsible for global business development activities of all the verticals of the company.

Mr. Harparkash Singh Gill holds a B.E (Electrical) degree and was selected through UPSC, as Marketing Development Officer in Directorate and Marketing Inspection, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development , Govt. of India. He has worked with various companies at senior positions before moving to Nectar Lifesciences Limited in 2005.He has the experience of 38 years

Mr. Sandeep Goel is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost & work Accountant of India besides being a law graduate. He is in charge of Accounts, Finance & Excise Departments. He joined Neclife in 1996 and has over 25 experiences in finance in diverse industries.
